Group Aljil alraabie, a leader in medical tourism in Tunisia, entrusted us with the creation of a cutting-edge web application designed to revolutionize the patient journey for international clients.

The project addresses a critical business challenge: patients from Algeria, Libya, and neighboring countries previously relied on manual and insecure exchanges via WhatsApp to communicate their health status and documents with clinics and doctors.

Our solution automates this entire process, offering seamless document management, real-time notifications, and personalized dashboards for patients, clinics, doctors, and travel agencies. The platform features an affiliate system for partners and robust admin tools for agencies, ensuring complete control and transparency.

Over four months, we delivered a modern UI and a powerful, scalable application built on Next.js and React, hosted on a secure VPS. This project stands as a benchmark for digital transformation in medical tourism, enhancing efficiency, trust, and user experience for all stakeholders.

For the client Group Aljil Alraabie, we designed and developed the 4G Employment platform, an innovative digital solution dedicated to recruitment in Libya and Algeria.

Faced with a shortage of experts and talents in several sectors, our approach enabled candidates to submit their profiles anonymously and companies to post offers confidentially. The platform ensures validation, filtering, and recruitment, guaranteeing a secure and efficient process.

Targeted at local companies and skilled workers worldwide, it integrates advanced profile management, a publication and validation system for offers, an intuitive dashboard, and multilingual support.

For the Tunisian business angel network, Qastiliya Business Angels, we collaborated on the launch of their digital platform in February 2024. The objective was to create a high-performance digital ecosystem to connect investors with innovative project leaders, while firmly establishing their market presence.

The primary challenge was to digitize and automate processes that were previously manual. Qastiliya Business Angels required a robust solution to manage applications from prospective business angels and project submissions from startups, ensuring a rigorous verification process and secure access management.

Our contribution covered brand strategy, including the creation of a logo and brand guide, as well as UI design and content creation for the website. Developed on WordPress in a record time of two months, the platform was engineered to provide an intuitive and professional user experience for both investors and entrepreneurs.

The implemented solution integrates key automation features: a dynamic form system for registrations, a profile validation process, and the automatic creation of a secure member area. This exclusive space allows approved business angels to confidentially review the list of projects seeking funding.

Thanks to this new platform, Qastiliya Business Angels achieved its main objectives: centralized data, automated registrations, and significantly simplified management of interactions. The project has successfully delivered an effective and centralized tool to energize the angel investment ecosystem in Tunisia.

A Revolutionary Educational Platform

For the Tunisian Academy of Mathematical Games, a major player in the education and training sector, we designed and developed an innovative web platform. The main challenge was to transform their pedagogical offering into an interactive and accessible mathematical quiz system, while ensuring seamless subscription and access management.

Our mission was to create an unparalleled user experience for mathematics enthusiasts, whether they are primary, middle, or high school students, or simply adults eager to stimulate their knowledge. The objectives were clear: provide simplified access to quizzes, automate subscriber account management with different levels (primary, middle, high school), and integrate a secure online payment system.

We leveraged our expertise in UI and development to deliver a complete solution in just two months. The platform, built on WordPress, integrates major features such as automatic account creation, a flexible subscription system, online payment, and advanced automation of access to quizzes and results. Users can now participate in quizzes, view solutions to the latest challenges, and progress at their own pace in a stimulating and intuitive environment.
